Greene County hasn’t had a high school golf meet yet, but the Rams know where they are going for the postseason. The Iowa High School Athletic Association released Sectional and District assignments and Coach Heath Telleen’s Rams are in the Class 3A Sectional hosted at the Atlantic Golf & Country Club. The event is scheduled for Friday, May 14 with those teams and individuals advancing to District play on Thursday, May 20 going northwest to the Landsmeer Golf Club hosted by MOC-Floyd Valley (Orange City).

Joining the Rams and Atlantic in the Sectional are ADM, Carroll, Denison-Schleswig, Glenwood, Harlan, and Perry.

The regular season is set to begin on Monday, April 5 vs. Carroll at the Carroll Municipal Golf Course. The Rams are also schedule to compete against ADM and Perry during the regular season before seeing those teams in the Sectional.
