Dallas Center – Grimes boys golf found out about their postseason assignments this last week, as the Mustangs will have some unique challenges for key golf meets.

Their sectionals will be happening on May 14th, when they travel to Ames Golf and Country Club to take on multiple schools with the host school being Gilbert. The schools list includes Ballard, Boone, Gilbert, Iowa Falls-Alden, Nevada, North Polk, and Webster City.

If the Mustangs are able to advance their team or individual golfers to the next round, they would be competing at the Waverly – Shell Rock Municipal Golf Course on Friday, May 21st at 10 a.m.

If the Mustangs are able to have the team or anyone advance to the state tournament, that will be happening at the Elmwood Country Club in Marshalltown.

DCG Golf will officially get their season going on Friday, April 2nd when they head to Woodland Hills Golf Course for a big beginning of season tournament.
