
The Jefferson City Council will meet tomorrow night.
The meeting will begin with a public hearing on the proposed property tax levy for the 2022 fiscal year and then consider approving the rate following the hearing. Next, the Council will set the public hearing date for the 2022 fiscal year budget.
Additionally, the Council will consider approving the Jefferson Fire Department conducting a controlled structure burn at 703 North Wilson Avenue, a plat of survey at 1005 East Lincoln Way, awarding the bid as well as an amendment by Bolton and Menk for the 2021 alley reconstruction project. The Council will also consider approving the 7th pay request for a shared use path project, four resolutions to sell properties at 100 East State Street, 206 North Wilson Avenue, 305 East Vest Street and 502 West State Street, as well as setting public hearings for the proposals.
Finally, the Council will consider approving two resolutions to authorize issuance of general obligation corporate purpose and refunding of existing bonds, and the taxable general obligation urban renewal bond.
The meeting will be at 5:30pm in the City Hall Council Chambers.
