For small nonfarm businesses in Dallas, Greene and Guthrie counties the deadline to apply for the SBA working capital loan is coming up soon. 

The loan, which has a deadline of May 3rd,  is designed to offset economic losses because of reduced revenue due to the derecho that occurred last year. Those that can apply include small nonfarm businesses, small agricultural cooperatives, small businesses engaged in aquaculture and most private nonprofit organizations of any size may apply for Economic Injury Disaster Loans of up to $2 million.
