Two days after their last competition, both boys and girls Adel-Desoto-Minburn track and field teams return to action today, with the boys to compete at home in Adel and the girls to make the trip up to 169 to Ogden to compete against multiple teams.

Both of the boys and the girls competed on Tuesday at Pella Christian, and they were able to find some success, as the boys were able to get first place as a team while the girls were able to get 2nd overall. The boys event will be a six team event that will include multiple schools from the Raccoon River Conference in Winterset, Boone, and Carroll. The girls will be a multi-team event that will feature schools from different classes throughout Iowa.

Conditions are expected to be cool but dry on the day.

For the girls, their meet at Ogden will begin at 4 o’clock today, while for the boys will begin at 4:30 at Tiger Stadium in Adel.
