Dallas Center – Grimes track and field teams continued their busy week yesterday with a pair of meets, with the boys finishing 2nd in their six team division in Waukee and the girls finishing 4th overall in Urbandale.

Kileigh Lachacz was able to put up a big night once again on the girls side, as she was able to win both the discus and the shot put competition as well for the Mustangs. Three different relay teams for the boys team for the Mustangs were able to put up the victory including the 4×100, the 4×400, and the 1600 Distance Medley Relay.

Both teams will be returning to action next week for the Mustangs, as they continue to look for great performances during a very busy stretch.
