Brandon E. Doerring, age 31, 1203 Linden St, Dallas Center, was arrested for Theft 2nd Degree.
Jorge Guzman Perez, West Des Moines, was driving westbound near the 113 mile marker on I-80 when he hit a truck driven by an unknown person, that had stopped in the middle of the interstate. Mr. Gozman Perez stated that the truck must have stopped for a group of deer that were crossing the road. The truck, driven by an unknown person, continued on from the scene of the accident. Mr. Guzman Perez reported that he had no injuries and damage to his semi was estimated at $2000.
