1:49am: A deputy investigated a domestic in the 600 block of West Paton Street, Paton.

6:37am: A deputy attempted to locate cattle out on 235th Street near Q Avenue.

10:17am: A deputy investigated a burglary in the 900 block of M Avenue.

12:15pm: A deputy investigated a phone scam in the 200 block of Fitzpatrick Street, Churdan.

12:35pm: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with the arrest of Derek Ott 39 of Fort Dodge.

1:30pm: Derek Ott 39 of Fort Dodge was booked into the jail for a parole violation.

9:18pm: A deputy investigated a careless driving complaint on 220th Street near A Avenue.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
