
A Panora man has been arrested on warrants from the Jefferson Police Department.
According to the Greene County Sheriff’s Office, 45-year-old Russell Gardner was arrested and booked into the Greene County Jail this past weekend. Gardner faces charges of a Class D Felony for second degree criminal mischief and two aggravated misdemeanors for first degree harassment and driving while barred.
According to police, an officer responded to a call for possible criminal mischief to a resident’s home and vehicle in the 400 block of West Russell Street at 3:05am Saturday, April 24th. During the investigation, it was reported that the vehicle’s hood was damaged, along with a window of the home. The estimated damage to the vehicle was $1,200 and $500 to replace the window of the home.
Gardner was released from jail after he posted bond on Monday. Raccoon Valley Radio will bring you more information as it becomes official.
