Residents in Perry may need to find an alternative route as a road closure will be taking place today and tomorrow.

The City of Perry announced that 8th Street between Pine Street and Highway 141 will be closed for a street repair project having both lanes closed from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. today and one lane of traffic will be open after 4 p.m. today. Also, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. tomorrow both lanes of traffic will be closed.
