The Perry Water Works Department recently announced a fire hydrant repair project scheduled for today that will impact water pressure for some residents. 

Work to replace a leaking fire hydrant will take place from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. today. The water pressures will be very low for residents from Dewey Avenue to Park Street and First Street to West 5th Street. 

Perry Water Works is not intending to completely turn off the water and no boil order is anticipated. For any questions you can contact the Perry Water Works office at 515-465-2562.
