ADM boys and girls track and field will be competing today for their biggest meet of the season to date, as the Tigers will be looking to send some teams and athletes to the state track and field meet in Des Moines next week. The event will be taking place at Carlisle as the Tigers will be taking on Carlisle, Bondurant-Farrar, Ballard, Dallas Center – Grimes, Saydel, Boone, and Winterset in what is expected to be an extremely competitive meet.

The Tigers will be having some athletes that will be favorites in their respective events, and some teams that also might be favored as well. The biggest key for the Tigers is staying dialed in and focused, and not letting the event become too big for them.

Both of the meets will be beginning at 4 o’clock this afternoon as conditions are expected to be really good. By the end of the day the Tigers will hopefully have teams and athletes that will get one more meet next week.
