The Dallas County Fair Association has announced the return of the county fair queen for this year, and applications are now being accepted. 

For young Dallas County women aged 16-21 and are involved with their community and school, are encouraged to sign up for the Dallas County Fair Queen Contest. Applications are due by June 19th. 

The crowing of the queen will take place before the sponsorship dinner on July 7th. The winning contestant will have the opportunity to represent Dallas County at the Iowa State Fair.
