DCG girls soccer finished out their regular season on Tuesday Night with Little Hawkeye Conference action against Oskaloosa, and the Mustangs were able to work quickly and grab an easy victory by the score of 10-0. DCG was able to improve to 11-5 on the season and grab a 6-1 mark in the conference, grabbing a 2nd place finish overall.

The Mustangs were able to see multiple big games from the offensive side, as Avery Korsching and Ella Forsyth were both able to grab three goals to grab the hat trick. Olivia Cyr was able to also tally two goals on the night as well. The defense was sharp between the back line as the Mustangs were able to hold another team scoreless.

DCG will have a first round bye in their Class 2A – Region 5 bracket, and they will have their first game on Wednesday, June 2nd in Grimes, with the Mustangs to take on the winner of Pella or South Tama.
