Arrest; A 15 years of age male from Perry was taken into custody and charged with public
intoxication.
Arrest: A 14 years of age male from Perry was taken into custody ;md charged with public

Received a report of a theft of a bicycle from the 1700 block of Warford.
Arrest: Kevin Kyle Kestel, age 42, 1913 sth St., Perry was taken into custody and charged with
public intoxication.
May24:
Arrest: Larry Lee Morgan, 37, 2111 E Virginia Ave., Des Moines was taken into custody and
charged with disorderly conduct.
Received a report of a bicycle theft in the 1700 block of l’t Street. Incident happened about 2
weeks prior to being reported.
Arrest; Chad Michael Menz, age 39, 1420 evelyn, Perry was taken into custody and charged
with violation of a no contact order.
May 25:
Arrest: Nicholas Andrew Wallace, age 23, 2506 Perry Park Ave., Perry was taken into custody
and charged with operating while intoxicated first offense, possession of a dangerous weapon
while under the influence (firearm), and driving under suspension.
Officers responded to the 700 block of 4th Street on a report of a theft. Incident under
investigation.
Received a report of harassment in the 800 block of Park Street.
Received a report of a domestic situation in the 1000 block of 14th Street.
