The return of a special summer program brings with it some musical entertainment to Jefferson.

Jefferson Matters: A Main Street and Chamber Community, along with the Bell Tower Community Foundation, is hosting a series of Chews Jefferson promotions. Each Wednesday from June through August, everyone is encouraged to support their favorite local restaurant and listen to a Tower Tunes Live concert from 12:15-12:30pm from local maestro Rick Morain playing the bells live from the Mahanay Memorial Carillon Tower. 

Earlier this year, the Greene County Board of Supervisors approved a music policy for the bell tower, and this series of Tower Tunes Live was one of the approved live musical concerts that can take place on an annual basis and Morain is one of the approved local maestros that can perform live. 

Chews Jefferson happens each Wednesday from June 2nd-August 25th.
