The Adair County Health System announced that a new surgeon will begin performing surgery in several counties including Guthrie and Dallas Counties later this year. 

Dr. Paul Grossmann, a board certified general surgeon, will be sharing time and seeing patients at the ACHS Medical Clinic In Greenfield one day per week, Health Trust Physicians Clinic in Winterset two days a week and the Dallas County Hospital in Perry one day per week beginning on September 1st this year. 

Dr. Grossmann has more than 25 years of surgical experience and will perform general surgical procedures including laparoscopic gallbladder and hernia surgeries, upper and lower endoscopies such as colonoscopies among other things.
