A Wisconsin woman received a deferred judgment and was given probation for a drug incident last year in Dallas County. 

According to court documents, 53-year-old Margaret Michelle Gnewikow of La Crosse, Wisconsin pleaded guilty to and received a deferred judgment on a Class C Felony for a controlled substance violation and received three years probation.The Class D Felony for failure to affix a drug stamp and charge of an aggravated misdemeanor for keeping premises or vehicle for controlled substance were dismissed. 

Gnewikow was also fined $1,000 for the incident that occurred in February of last year when she was pulled over by the Iowa State Patrol on Interstate-80 near DeSoto and the trooper discovered roughly 130 pounds of marijuana and 71 pounds of THC vape cartridges in duffle bags in her car.
