adm-7

The #3 team in 4A in ADM Softball has been hitting a lot of big flies this season, and that trend continued on a glorious Monday night as they were able to hit two more in a 6-1 victory over Perry. ADM moves to 19-5 on the season while Perry drops to 6-17.

Aliya Yanga was able to grab a two run home run in the first and Brynn Busta a blast in the third as they were both able to spearhead three run innings in each of those frames. The Tigers also were able to claw out quality at-bats again, as they tallied seven hits and picked up seven walks as well.

Cameran Smith threw three innings on the night and Tess Boorn threw four as they only gave up one hit on the night combined, and were able to grab five strikeouts as well.

It was senior night as well as the Tigers honored their two seniors in AJ Smith and Brooke Hickey, as both have had great impacts on the Tiger program this season.

The Tigers will be looking to pick up win 20 tomorrow in Adel, when they welcome the North Polk Comets to town.
