Then at 1pm there will be several activities for kids. There will be a petting zoo, face painting, a balloon artist, fire truck rides and carnival games. The day rounds out with the Adair Fire Department dance starting at 7pm, featuring musical entertainment from Whiskey Bisquit from 8pm-midnight. Then on Sunday is a church service in the city park at 10am.
Adair Chamber Board President Brenna Westergaard thanks everyone for their support of this year’s Chuckwagon Days.
“What’s unique about Chuckwagon Days is all these organizations come together and they do their part. It’s not just on the ten members of the Chamber (Board) that are actually doing all the planning. We don’t have to run everything that’s happening. These organizations step up, and they put on things, and I think that’s what makes Chuckwagon Days so unique is it’s not just the Chamber that’s putting it on.”
