8:40am: A deputy investigated a suspicious person on 235th Street near T Avenue.

8:50am: A deputy investigated a fireworks complaint in the 2000 block of W Avenue.

11:30am: A deputy arrested Laura Friedel 41 of Webster City on an arrest warrant for a violation of a no contact order.

1:57pm: Laura Friedel 41 of Webster City was booked into the jail for a violation of a no contact order.

3:24pm: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with an arrest at Henderson Park.

4:24pm: Carter Fetters 70 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance 3rd or subsequent offense.

5:50pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint in Scranton.

6:16pm: A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle on J Avenue near 220th Street.

8:08pm: Brian Burris 42 of Scranton was booked into the jail for operating while under the influence 1st offense.

8:13pm: A deputy assisted an ambulance in the 400 block of East Main Street, Grand Junction.

10:44pm: A deputy investigated a fireworks complaint in the 400 block of 12th Street, Grand Junction.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
