The Perry City Council will consider approving a pay application for the 2020 HMA Rehabilitation at their regular meeting tomorrow.

Also, the Council will consider approving the support for the City of Perry to seek state trail project funding, Perry Public Library Board of Trustees reappointments, setting commercial and building permit fees and a fiscal year 2021 operational transfer of funds, transfer of funds for debt payments and an emergency levy transfer.

Finally, the Board will consider approving two workforce housing tax credit benefit applications to be submitted to the Iowa Economic Development Authority from Perrywood Apartments and Hometown Rental Properties.
