2:58am: A deputy investigated suspicious activity in the 1000 block of East Main Street, Grand Junction.

9:25am: A deputy picked up found ammunition in the 400 block of State Street, Scranton.

1:55pm: A deputy investigated a complaint of manure on the roadway on J Avenue near 320th Street.

4:29pm: A deputy investigated a domestic in the 2300 block of 170th Street. James Eberle 28 of Dana and Tanya Helmrichs 41 of Dana were both arrested for violating a protective order.

6:18pm: James Eberle 28 of Dana was booked into the jail for contempt- violating a protective order.

7:30pm: Tanya Helmrichs 41 of Dana was booked into the jail for contempt- violating a protective order.

Saturday, July 24th

1:53am: A deputy investigated an alarm in the 300 block of 4th Street, Grand Junction.

4:58am: A deputy investigated an alarm in the 1400 block of 100 th Street, Paton.

7:20am: A deputy removed a deer from the tracks on J Avenue.

7:37am: A deputy assisted with a stray dog in the 1000 block of Livingston Street, Churdan.

11:09am: A deputy investigated a civil matter in the 1400 block of U Avenue.

12:30pm: A deputy arrested Connar Hornsby 24 of Grand Junction for arrest warrants for failure to appear out of Greene and Guthrie County.

2:25pm: Conar Hornsby 24 of Grand Junction was booked into the jail for failure to appear in Greene and Guthrie County.

4:01pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint in Grand Junction.

10:19pm: A deputy investigated an erratic driving complaint on 220th Street near X Avenue.

Sunday, July 25th

1:08am: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with a domestic in the 500 block of North Wilson.

3:42am: A deputy investigated an alarm in the 1400 block of 100th Street.

12:05pm: Michelle Christian 36 of Grand Junction was booked into the jail for possession of a controlled substance 3rd or subsequent offense.

2:35pm: Sean Shell 45 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for possession of a controlled substance 1st offense.

4:04pm: A deputy investigated a fraud complaint in the 400 block of East Main Street, Grand Junction.

7:51pm: A deputy assisted with a donkey running at large near 160th Street and H Avenue.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
