1:36pm: A deputy investigated a complaint of a back hoe blocking a roadway on Kendrick Street, Scranton.

8:12pm: A deputy arrested Gailee Richter 19 of Coon Rapids for an arrest warrant for possession of a controlled substance 1st offense.

9:10pm: Gailee Richter 19 of Coon Rapids was booked into the jail for possession of a controlled substance 1st offense.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
