If you are looking for something to do Sunday, there is a special event happening at Spring Lake Park in Greene County.

Kyle Niles says the Show and Shine Car Show is an opportunity for anyone to show-off their car, truck or motorcycle from 10am-2pm at the skating rink on Sunday. She points out there will be People’s Choice awards, including best truck, car and motorcycle, along with her two grandsons selecting their overall favorite vehicle. Plaques will be given to the winners in each category and there will be door prizes awarded as well. She adds, last year was their largest event in the now seven year history, with over 150 vehicle entries. 

The show is free to enter and you can show up the day of the event. There will also be a meal served for $10, which includes a beef brisket or grilled pork loin sandwich, along with baked beans, potato salad and a cookie. Proceeds will go towards future events.
