7:25am: Ryan Brown 48 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for eluding, interference with official acts, and reckless driving.

7:39am: A deputy investigated a theft in the 200 block of West Main Street, Grand Junction.

10:26am: A deputy investigated a parking complaint in the 100 block of East Main Street, Grand Junction.

11:36am: A deputy investigated a car deer accident on U Avenue near 130th Street. Paul Kutz 73 of Rockwell City struck a deer with a 2016 Chevy Equinox. The estimated damage to the car was around 800 dollars.

1:15pm: A deputy assisted a Jefferson Police Officer with a traffic stop on N Avenue and 210th Street.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
