If English isn’t your first language, the Perry Des Moines Area Community College VanKirk Career Academy is offering free English classes this month. 

Starting on August 30th the free non-credit English Language Learner Classes will be offered. The link went live on August 2nd, testing begins the week of August 16th and the session dates are August 30th through October 21st. 

Face-to-face classes are available and there are also four other session dates you can attend including November 1st through December 16th, January 10th through March 3rd, March 21st through May 5th and May 23rd through June 30th.
