For those itching to watch some football, it won’t be too much longer.

Adair Casey Guthrie Center high school football  will be back in action on August 20th. 

ACGC will travel up to Carroll High School to scrimmage Kuemper Catholic High School. ACGC Head Football Coach Cody Matthewson says it is called a Gatorade Scrimmage and he describes what that is. 

“For entry instead of buying a ticket you bring in a bottle of water or a Gatorade and that’s your entry.” 

The water and Gatorade provided by this scrimmage will be used for the players before and after regular season games. The first game for ACGC football is against Greene County on August 27th.
