Dallas Center – Grimes volleyball had a wonderful 2020 season, as they were able to win the Little Hawkeye Conference, and make it to the 4A state tournament finishing with a 17-5 record. DCG will be looking for some similar success compared to last year, though they will have to replace some key production after they lost five seniors from last years team.

This year they will have five key seniors on the roster that will be playing some big roles on the roster in Kenna Jackson, Katie Christensen, Ella Lampe, Katherine Luebke, and Audrey Anderson. They also have two juniors and three sophomores on the roster, but will be adding players throughout the season.

Their first match of the season will be against multiple schools at DCG high school on August 24th, as the Mustangs will have hopes of finishing high in the conference and hopefully finding a way to make a deep run into the postseason as well.
