Monday, August 9th

12:29am: An officer checked on residents at 104 North Cedar Street, after dispatch received a 911 Call from the residence. The officer learned a child was playing with the phone and all was fine.

12:36am: An officer assisted the GC Ambulance with a Medical Call in the 200 Block of North Pinet Street.

1:05am: Connie Ross reported her juvenile son was receiving messages on Face Book, attempting to get money from the juvenile. The officer has no way to trace the activity and advised them to block the subject.

11:38am: Deb Stevenson reported a neighbor’s dog had attacked and killed her small dog on 08/08/2021, at 1203 West Lincoln Way Street. The officer is investigating.

3:16pm: The Early Learning Center reported a deceased kitten in the roadway near Elm and Madison Streets. The officer disposed of the carcass.

2:39pm: Mary Deist reported an air conditioner had been stolen from 1216 Westwood Drive. The officer has no suspects at this time.

7:04pm: An officer removed a bat from the residence at 507 North Maple Street.
