Brian Johnson, age 48, 819 Ashmore, West Des Moines, was arrested for Driving While Barred. He was also cited for Speeding, Open Container and Driving While License Denied, Suspended, Cancelled or Revoked.

Anthony Mortale, Waukee, was traveling north on W. Ave when he failed to yield to a stop sign, moving through the intersection and hitting a vehicle driven by Tracy Chretien, Prairieville, La. No injuries were reported and both vehicles were towed from the scene. Mr. Mortale’s vehicle sustained approximately $8000 damage and Mr. Chretien’s vehicle sustained approximately $15000 damage. Mr. Mortale was cited for Failure To Obey Stop Sign/Yield Right Of Way.
Shawn Knudsen, age 29, 6107 Urbandale Ave, Des Moines, was arrested on two warrants for Failure To Appear, Theft 2nd Degree and two counts of Unauthorized Use Of Credit Card Under $1500.
