The Panora City Council met Monday night. 

The Council approved setting a public hearing for next meeting on the status of the Community Development Block Grant on four houses that need rehabilitation.

Also, the Council approved setting another public hearing for the next meeting For the sale of 407 East Market to Bradley Hamilton. Following a closed session on the sale, a proposal was made to sell the property for $4,000 with added legal fees and have to join parcels with the city. 

The Council then discussed the new storm siren that was installed using resources from Federal Emergency Management Agency.
