12:20am: A deputy assisted a motorist on X Avenue near 220th Street.

7:06am: A deputy investigated an abandoned bicycle in the 100 block of 3rd Street, Rippey.

8:46am: A deputy assisted with cattle out on J Avenue and 240th Street.

9:05am: A deputy investigated a two-vehicle accident on 220th Street near Pioneer Avenue. Scott Vonnahme 27 of Wall Lake was stopping for construction in a 2019 Dodge Ram 2500 with a trailer. Scott was heading west on 220 th Street. David Vanzee 34 of Ankeny was also west bound in a 2015 Ford Cargo Van. David did not see the truck and trailer in front of him slowing to a stop and rear ended them. The estimated damage to the truck and trailer was around 5,000 dollars. The estimated damage to the cargo van was estimated at 5,000 dollars. David was cited for following to close. No body was injured in the accident.

9:19am: A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle on 220th Street near T Avenue.

12:10pm: A deputy investigated a harassment complaint in the 800 block of High Street, Scranton.

5:56pm: A deputy assisted with an unruly child in the 700 block of School Street, Churdan.

6:02pm: A deputy investigated a domestic in the 400 block of East Rebecca Street, Grand Junction. Daniel Newton 31 of Grand Junction was arrested at the scene for an arrest warrant for a violation of probation.

6:37pm: A deputy investigated a suspicious activity complaint in the 400 block of East Rebecca Street, Grand Junction.

7:05pm: Daniel Newton 31 of Grand Junction was booked into the jail for a violation of probation.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
