Richard Reed, age 50, 421 Center St, Manning, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence.  He was also cited for No Valid Driver’s License.

Jacob Boyes, age 28, 1518 Wendy Ln, Madison, WI, was arrested for Public Intoxication.

Christopher Marble, age 33, 1420 Mullberry St, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia.
