Arrest:  Bradley Eric Booth, age 36, 2116  sth St., Perry was arrested on a Dallas County Warrant, Perry’s original charge of burglary 1″ Degree, criminal mischief 3’d decree and obstruction  of emergency communications.

Aug 11:

Arrest;  Kelly Dean Schitz, age 51,1215 Bateman, Perry was taken into custody and charged with driving under suspension.

Accident: Unit 1black 2007 Ford F150 pick up registered to Motor  Kars II. Driver, Zakaria Mohamed lbrahin, 2023 Willis Ave., Perry.

Unit 2 gray 2017 Volkswagon Pass at registered to Ashley Eli abeth Anderson, 2110 2nd St., Perry, legally parked owner of unit 2 was walking to her vehicle when she witnessed a Ford FlSO pickup with dealer plates back into her vehicle and then leave. Driver of unit one did not realize he had backed into anyone. Total estimated loss $300.

Aug 12:

Accident;Unit llegally parked black 2021Chevrolet Silverado pick up registered to Gary Gene lies, 301 10th  St.,Perry.

Unit 2 blue 2007 Ford Ranger Pick up registered to Donald Phillip Lansing,1917 Clover, Perry. Unit one was parked in the Burger King parking lot facing north.  The driver of unit two was backing out ofthe parking space next to the building and backed into the front of unit 1.  Minor damage to both vehicles estimated at $1000.

Aug 13:

Arrest:  Alejando Rios, age 19, 1716 7 1h  St., Perry was arrested on a Dallas County Warrant for contempt of court original charges assault with intent to inflict serious injury three counts, and violation of a protective order.

Arrest:  Feliciano Lopez Garcia, age 58, 28011′ 1 Ave., Perry was taken into custody and charged

with driving under suspension. Accident;

Unit 1gray 2008 Pontiac Grand Prix registered to and driven by Jane Emma Hermann,17303 H Ave., Perry.

Unit 2 brown 2019 Buick Envision registered to and driven by Randy Lester Boldt, 25586 Indian

Ave., Adel. Unit 2 was proceeding south bound through the intersection at 3rd Ave and Willis and was struck broadside by unit 1that was traveling eastbound on Willis Ave. Driver of unit 1 was cited for failure to stop at the stop sign. Total estimated damages $1950.

Aug 14:

Arrest:  A 17 year old female from Perry was taken into custody and charged with aiding and abetting, violation of a no contact order.

Accident:

Unit 1 green 2018 Toyota Rav 4 registered to and driven by Wendy Marisol Puente Cedano, 1212 North St., Perry.

Unit 2 gray 2013 BMW 528 registered to Roger Chadwick Hoffbeck, 2380 DAve., Perry driven by Jared James Hoffbeck, 2173 Deer Ave., Perry. Unit l was pulling out of Caseys’ toward Lucinda and did not see vehicle 2 in time and made impact with unit 2. Unit 2 was eastbound on Lucinda coming up to the Casey’s entrance. Total estimated damages $1050. No citations issued.

Arrest:  Christopher Joseph Hidlebaugh, age 29, 16770 NAve., Bouton was taken into custody

and charged with driving under suspension. Aug 15:

Arrest:  Devin Lee Parker, age 33, 1005 Johnson Street., Des Moines, was taken into custody and charged with possession of a controlled  substance 2nd offense, (methamphetamine), and driving under suspension.

Accident:

Unit 1 blue 2006 Kia Spectra registered to and driven by Louis Miguel Carrillo Delgado, 28011′1 Ave., Perry.

Unit 2 silver 2006 Chrysler Sebring registered to and driven by Jane Devilbiss Collins, 1412 61h St., Perry.

Unit 1 was traveling northbound  on 1′1 Ave in the 600 block of 1′1 Unit 2 was also traveling northbound but in the shared turning lane.  As they approached the Dollar Tree, unit 2 went to pull into the dollar tree and struck unit 1.  Total estimated damages $1600.  Driver of unit 2 was cited for improper lane change.

Aug 17:

Accident: Unit 1 red 2007 Chevrolet pickup registered to and driven by Wesley Wallace, of Franklin, Arizona. Unit 2 Taupe 2016 Toyota Camry registered to and driven by Donald William Nordyke, 362 3051h St., Perry. Unit 1was entering pt Ave southbound in the 400 block from South Street.  Unit 2 was exiting the McDonalds parking lot also heading southbound on pt Ave in the 400 block. Unit 1struck unit 2 in the left front fender.  Total estimated damages were $2500. Driver of unit 1 cited for improper use of lanes.

Aug 18:

Accident:

Unit 1yellow 2013 Freightliner truck registered to Peter Maina Kanyiri, 4315 Mimosa Drive., Melissa Texas.

Driver, Yabibi Mossini, 3921Block Drive, Irving Texas. Vehicle was attempting to turn onto

Willis Ave from Highway 141and went into the ditch where the truck flipped onto its side. The driver sustained minor injuries.  Total estimated damages $3000.
