With the recent third quarter meeting of the 100+ People for Perry organization, a pledge has been made.

The 100+ People for Perry met this past Monday and pledged $7,400 to the Perry Community School District High School Music Department for its planned trip to New York City in March of 2022.

Members can make checks can be made payable to the Perry Community School District with 100+ – PHS Music Department NYC Trip in the memo line. Checks may be submitted to Finneseth, Dalen, & Powell PLC – 1401 Willis Avenue Perry, IA in the eastside mailbox or through the mail P.O. Box 487 Perry, IA 50220

The goal for 100+ People for Perry is to make four large donations per year which will impact the Perry community by will stay 100-percent in the community and each charity, non-profit or worthy cause must be a 501(c)(3) or sponsored by one, be project based and benefit the Perry community.

In 23 meetings the organization has pledged $162,200 to 23 local non-profit projects. The fourth quarter meeting will take place on November 22nd.
