Officers responded to a report of a theft in the 300 block of Lucinda. Incident under
investigation.
Officers received a report of harassment in the 900 block of Willis Ave.
Arrest: Robert James Hugen, age 45, 15130 ggth Lane, Indianola was taken into custody and
was charged with operating while intoxicated 1’1 offense, eluding, driving while barred, driving
while suspended and reckless driving. Hugen was also served a Polk County warrant for larceny
habitual offender and probation violation.
