It didn’t take long for Perry freshman Quin Mahler-Moreno to make a splash with the Perry varsity swim team.  In her very first meet, the talented youngster broke a 21 year school record in the 200 IM with an impressive time of 2:15.42.  Christina Dowd held the record from her 1999 season.  Perry defeated Algona 80-67 to earn the victory in the season opening event.  Complete results are posted below.
