Dallas Center – Grimes boys cross country coach Matt Pries will be on tonight’s Dallas Country PM sports page, to talk about the boys team and where they currently are on the year.

Some of the things discussed in the conversation include the expectations for the program as they look to follow up their 2020 state championship, having five runners ranked in the state of Iowa, and what this team does during training and practice to be at their best. Pries will also talk about the favorite things that he enjoys about this team and what it’s like to have a target on their back against opposing teams.
