The Stuart City Council will address the traffic concern on Northwest 2nd Street at Tuesday’s meeting. 

Additionally, the Council will consider a new water tower location with a possible street section vacation, an emergency medical technician tuition agreement, the White Pole Maintenance Project with repair proposals, Karl Chevrolet’s parking lot and a Urban Renewal Plan Amendment.

Other items the Council will consider are setting a date for a public hearing on a proposal for a General Obligation Corporate Loan Agreement, a resolution for road use report, hotel and motel tax committee, financial reasonability policy, and a blighted property located at 113 Northeast 2nd Street. 

Finally the mayor will set a time and date for Beggar’s Night.
