Greene County volleyball went 1-1 on Monday night in Story City at the Roland-Story Tournament. Coach Chris Heisterkamp’s team lost to Marshalltown 21-13, 14-21, 8-15 before beating Newton 21-8, 21-17. Greene County is 10-6 on the season. The coach reports Katrina Heupel suffered an elbow injury and Brianna Habben was out with a knee injury.

The coach reports Bella Schroeder led in kills with seven while there were six kills each for Emma Schroeder and Natalie Heupel. The Rams were 73-79 serving on the night.
