Dallas Center – Grimes volleyball had a tough challenge against a great Pella team on Tuesday night, and after winning the first set, losing the next three falling 25-23, 14-25, 17-25, and 11-25 in a good battle in Grimes. DCG moves to 10-15 and Pella to 16-5, with both sides playing another great game.

The fans were into the game throughout the night, as DCG was able to win a thrilling first set to take the early lead. Pella was able to make some adjustments the next three games as they were able to dominate throughout the rest of the game, seemingly only getting stronger throughout the night.

Pella was able to grab 47 team kills and 82 team digs on the night, as they were tough against a Mustang attack that was stingy throughout the night.

DCG will be hoping to turn the tide in their next contest, as they will be continuing to guide the toughness of Little Hawkeye Conference play.
