The Perry Elks Lodge #407 will be hosting a fun event featuring equipment any mechanic will have in their garage. 

The first ever creeper races will be held at 2 p.m. October 23rd in the Elks Lodge parking lot. The team must consist of at least one Elks member and two females and two males. The registration to take part in the races is $100 and includes dinner. 

A creeper is designed to help work on the underside of a vehicle and has wheels on the bottom to allow for easy mobility while under the vehicle. 

The winners will be recognized with the Creeper of the Year award. Each team must provide their own creeper and those attending but not taking part in the races can also purchase dinner for $10. Costumes are encouraged for all those attending as well as themed teams as prizes will be available.
