When Greene County plays Clarke Community in Osceola tomorrow night in the last regular season football game of the season, the host Indians may have some things on their side, such as playing at home and it being Senior Night.

Greene County head coach Caden Duncan feels like his team will have team speed among other aspects of the game on the side of the Rams. Clarke’s artificial surface playing field could provide a showcase for Greene County, who has shown a penchant for big plays in all aspects of the game.

The fourth ranked Rams are 6-1 overall and they’ve clinched first place in Class 2A District 8 with a 4-0 mark with 41 points being the closest margin in the four district games. The Indians are coming off an upset loss at Red Oak last Friday and stand at 5-2, 2-2. Greene County will be the only team with a winning record that Clarke has played this season.

Friday’s game can be heard on KG98 and streamed on www.raccoonvalleyradio.com with coverage at 6:15 p.m. and kickoff at 7 o’clock.
