Two fall-theme programs are coming up with Jefferson Parks and Recreation.
Two Pumpkin Floral Design classes will be held at the Greene County Community Center on Tuesday, October 26th. The first class will be for kindergarten through fifth grade from 4-5pm and the second class is for middle and high school students, along with adults from 6-7pm. In the young kids’ class, they will design their own floral arrangement in a pumpkin, which can then be taken home or delivered, at no cost, to their favorite teacher. The second class will be the same, with more varieties of flowers included. Both classes will be led from Fudge’s Flowers and Gifts.
The cost for the first class is $20 for community center members and $25 for non-members. The fee for the second class is $35 for members and $40 for non-members. Stop by the community center or call 515-386-3412 to sign up as space is limited.
