A public parking lot in Perry will be closed for construction. 

The City of Perry announced that today the parking spaces south of the library will be closed during the installation of solar canopies and panels. The drive aisle around the library will remain open for access to the other spaces. 

Vehicles are asked to use street parking or other lots while construction is underway. Work is expected to be completed by this Friday and is weather dependent. Traffic control will be in place warning motorists of the closure and that contractors are in the area and motorists and pedestrians should use caution while in the area.
