The Dallas County Board of Supervisors approved right of way purchase agreements at their regular meeting Tuesday. 

The Board approved multiple right of way purchases for the 270th Street bridge replacement project, along with culvert projects on Panther Creek Road, Meadow Road the Old Portland Road and Old Portland Way.

Also, the Board approved the abatement of mobile home taxes for a mobile homes that will be removed and destroyed, a county electronic services 28E agreement and the designation by election official relating to deputy attorneys.

The Board also approved the MidAmerican Energy Trindle Park underground electric easement, a law enforcement center HVAC improvements quote, a county courthouse roof repair contract and held the second reading of proposed amendments to Chapter 2 of Dallas County ordinances county infractions and approved it and waived the third reading. 

Finally, the Board also discussed River Oaks Homeowners Association fence agreement, Carriage House restoration project change order and discussed future county and court space needs but no action was taken on the items.
