Tuesday, November 2nd

3:48am: A deputy attempted to stop a stolen vehicle on 110th Street near O Avenue. The vehicle stopped and waited till the deputy identified them and then fled. Arrest warrants have been requested. The vehicle was stolen out of Wayne County and was located at or about 1:29 pm in the 900 block of 120th Street parked in a tree line.

3:47pm: Lawrence Knox 26 of Spencer was booked into the jail for failure to appear.

4:09pm: A deputy investigated a phone scam in the 1100 block of 290th Street.

7:15pm: A deputy assisted with cattle out in the 1900 block of N Avenue.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
