The Adel City Council will consider approving the authorization of an interfund loan to the Tax Incremental Financing (TIF) Fund at their regular meeting tonight. 

Also, the Council will consider approving the TIF indebtedness certification, and multiple first readings of ordinance amendments including speed regulations on Highway 169 in the City of Adel, site and building development standards and provisions relating to low-speed electric bicycles and fully-controlled access facilities. 

Finally, the Council will consider approving a time and date for a public hearing for the new city precincts based on census data and the recent state-approved redistricting map.
