Johnny Roe II, age 31, 9270 SW Center St, Tigard, Or. was arrested for Theft 1st Degree.

Brian Berkey, Creston was traveling east on Interstate 80 at the 99 mile marker when his vehicle broke down.  This caused his vehicle to veer to the right causing a collision with the guard rail.  There were no injuries reported and damage was estimated at $4500.  The vehicle was towed from the scene.

Scott Hildman, Waterloo, was traveling in the 18000 block of Hwy 141 when he hit a deer.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $4000.

Philip Blanchard, Adel, was traveling in the 32000 block of N Ave, when he hit a deer.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $1800.

Fredy Espinoza, Perry, was traveling east on Hwy 141 near Willis Ave, when he lost control of the vehicle and it rolled into the ditch.  Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $15000 and the investigation is ongoing.

Terri Arthur, age 51, 1415 1st St, Redfield, was arrested for Domestic Abuse Assault.
